We bought a used weider platinum plus system and it came basically with a manual on how to assemble it alone. The operation instructions were sketchy at best. It did come with a poster that demonstrated the various exercises. I further have a dvd that shows the exercises being done but not any instructions about reps or weight to use. If you email me I can perhaps send you a copy of the dvd.
