Hi Melanie, I too gain and lose the same pounds over and over again. And yes, it is frustrating. I try to walk every day, for at least two miles. But, its been so hot, I have only gotten in 1 or 1 1/2 miles. Im terrible at committing to weight training. I get some in here and there. Not a habit yet. At one point I had lost 10 pounds, only to find me again. :( What sort of weight training are you doing? Im the one here who has the RED gadget. I also have resistance bands. Now, I seem to like those quite a bit. I can definately tell Ive done a workout with those. Good ole Richard Simmons and I sweat away the pounds. Im sore the next day after doing his workout. How much are you wanting to lose? maryann
