Hi, I recently bought a used Weider home gym. There are no instructions with it. Through this website, I did find a manual for it, but it doesn't give any directions as to the exercises that can be done on it. Does anyone know if there is an instruction book available somewhere for it, or can someone give me some exercises to do on it, besides the obvious ones. I've seen them advertised in flyers, and they say that there are up to 24 exercises that can be done, but can only figure out about 6 obvious ones. Thanks for any suggestions.
