i like how you've drawn a parallel to appendectomies and skin cancer though it can be argued that a fetus is not equivalent to those organs. it can also be argued that a fetus is not a sentient being.

here is a possibly hypothetical question. suppose you had 'siamese twins', one much larger and dominant than the other and the smaller one required being attached to the other one in order to survive. should the former have the right to terminate the latter for whatever reason? and is it "none of our business"?
