The US can fix elections in Georgia (the country, in addition to the state), they can "export democracy" at the barrel of a gun in Iraq and take out people they don't want. So the GOP could fix a world election too.

Hey, Bush is bringing home a combat brigade to handle "crowd control" starting Oct 1. Maybe martial law is in the offing? Why else would you bring your army in to use against your own people?
