Au contraire, my misspelling friend. Clinton DID act against Iraq in 1998, but the Republicans insisted he did it just for the press. However, in case you didn't notice, Iraq had NOTHING to do with 9/11. Zero. Zilch. Nada. An expatriate Saudi named Osama bin Laden was behind that one.
Clinton's first priority when he had his transitional discussion with Bush in January 2001 was to insist on how much of a threat Osama bin Laden was to America. Clinton told him it was of the upmost importance...the biggest threat to America. GWB ignored this advice (maybe because it came from a "liberal"), and he continued to ignore that advice, even when one of his daily briefings in August 2001 was titled, "Bin Laden determined to attack inside the United States."
But, somehow, you think that Al Queda = Iraq = Iran. (At least, I can only assume you meant Iran by your horrific spelling of "Ahmadinejad".) You are being duped and you don't even know it.
I heartily encourage you to read George Orwell's "1984".
