Hello, I would like any information on veganism and chronic fatigue syndrome. how has it helped with symptoms...has anyone experienced relief with this way of eating. my friend has been suffering with this for years and I would like to convince him to change his diet of Wendy's and fast food to veganism but need some books, testimonials, other people helped to back it up.
