This way of eating is sure tasty and I sleep and feel much better!I've lost 15 lbs since April. Also walking at least 2-3 days a week (40-60) minutes. Thank you Dr. McDougall for all your free help, websites, newsletters, books and personal care by email. Thank you Mary & Heather McDougall for your tasty and creative recipes and for all who post and give their input, help and testimonies.
