Your eating habits are very unhealthy right now. Way too much fat, not enough variety.
And no breakfast? Stay away from chips and white bread and sugar. Switch to wheat bread and all natural peanut butter. Eat oatmeal or at least a banana and some orange juice for breakfast. More vegetables in different varieties. Also to help with menopause eat a lot of soy products. Buy soy milk and have with your oatmeal in the morning. Or warm it up in the evening instead of eating chips as a snack.
