I have been strugelling with following the program for a while now. Yesterday I had a business trip and couldn't seem to get up the energy needed to board the train and walk up the steps. I promised myself that I would turn my life around - that enough was enough. Seeing your post this morning (when I had just about given up looking at the Testimonial board for new posts) was just what I needed. Thank you and the best of luck.
