First you have to get the picture onto a website somehow. If your Internet service includes web space or if you have a friend with a website, that is the best place to upload it. Otherwise, you will have to find a picture-hosting website. There are several free ones out there (sorry, I can't think of any names right now), although there can be complications with using them. Once the picture is online, you just paste its address into the Optional Image URL box when you post. Possible complications: - Some image hosting websites will not allow an external link (like from VegSource) - It is easy to get confused about the difference between the address of the IMAGE itself and the address of a PAGE containing the image. The address of the image (the one you need to use) will end with ".jpg". If it ends in ".htm" or ".asp" or anything else, it's the wrong one. Keith
