Subject: blank page problem

I need help on my computer. Whenever I go to certain sites I get a blank page or if I get on for example snapfish. I can enter the site but could not view the individual pictures. Also if I go to another site I could not got to another links or page. I need your help. thanks in advance for your prompt answer.
