Stevia is very concentrated, and you don't
need to use very much in recipes, so it isn't
really that expensive to use.
The taste is another matter.

Try erythritol or xylitol, mixed with a
tiny bit of stevia. Use in place of
sugar in cakes, cookies, etc.
