My best advice would be to get all of the processed sugar out of the house so you can't resort to it during a craving and replace it all with fresh FRUIT! At first maybe even try some dried fruit but make sure it's organic with no added sugar or sweetener. DO NOT resort to artificial sweeteners they are worse for you in the long run then real sugar and actually bring on cravings after being consumed and even slow down the metabolism. |
