Honey and molasses are good sweeteners and are not artificial. I am allergic to sugar and have to go without if for at least 1 month at a time before I can have some. If you want something sugary I have a few recipes and items that you can find at any local Whole Foods. ___________________________________________________ Crisy Rice Snacks- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter( no sugar added ) Mix everything together and put it in the freezer for and hour and it's ready to eat! __________________________________________________ ___________________________________________________ I hope this has helped you!
