I've not read the rest of the responses yet, but that was really rude. Sugar is a preservative. I've baked other hard cookies that lasted a long time, but had a high sugar content. I'd recommend storing them in the freezer and only keeping out a few at a time. You could recrisp them in the oven if you needed too. I'd love to have the recipe. I just started baking blueberry muffins with a stevia-honey combo.
