r u insane? This attitude is exactly what is wrong with our food culture in this country. We should only be eating foods that do mold. Who wants month old cookies anyway. Wisen up people. If you are eating a snack thats been sitting around for even a week and it's not changed form at all, you probably shouldnt ever be eating it. So to answer your question, try adding liquid plastic to your recipe, the cookies will keep for years then!
