This is a two part questions. First, does anyone know the glycemic index of agave? Second, I'm slowly starting to transition to a raw food diet, but in the meantime I'm considering eliminating soy completely from my diet (except for some occasional miso). I have a hormone disorder (PCOS) and feel that I've relied too much on soy as a protein/calcium source. Anyone have any good info on soy? Any advice for the transition? Any great high protein recipes w/out soy?
