Since I have candida, I can't have sugar at all, so I even have to avoid any natural sugars as well. I do use and eat pumpkin, because the can says it has only 4 g. sugar per 1/2 c. (something like that). But I am trying to find the sugar contents of both Yams and Sweet potato's, to see if I can use those in recipes this fall. I can't seem to find any sugar content info. on these. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks.
