I bake a firm coffee dunking cookie that has a shelf life of 8 months or more. I altered this recipe, using stevia, for a diabetic friend. These cookies turn green and furry in less than a month. Looks like a mold. Anyone ever seen this problem? Know how to fix it? Please reply to my email address. xapis2 at aol.com
