We manufacture gourmet dog biscuits and are looking for a sugarless icing with no chemicals to ice and decorate the cookies. We are currently using vegan carob but our customers prefer white decoration. Can you suggest anything? We pipe the carob onto dog bones with the dog’s name. The carob gets too soft in the summer and we have to stop selling these products thru the warm months so we’re looking for something that will harden but can be piped..
