I need some information on carbolite. Is it safe?
are there any side effects. I am a weight loss consultant and usually recommend no artificial sweeteners and only complex carbs. I am hearing more and more about Carbolite products and wonder what the sweetener is in them. If it's aspartame, or other harmful ingredients, I would like to suggest that my cliets avoid the carbolite products. thanks
