The only dietary change, that I can remember, was to start using Splenda in large amounts. I developed an agressive Skin Cancer that required a quick surgery because the doctor's where afraid it might spread to internal organs. My best guess was the introduction of Splenda to my diet. I used a lot, 3 packets / cup, etc. If there is a problem with this product I would like to see it brought to light. Cliff
