check out optimalhealthsystems.com I have used their products for about four months now and I have noticed a huge difference! Plus by doing it this way you don't have to eat fish you can just take a whole food pill that has everything you need in it. I noticed a difference in a week! I will use this stuff for the rest of my life! It is absolutly amazing!
