The above poster is right. Vegetarians don't get enough DHA and EPA. DHA can be gotten from flax seed oil. It's the precursor to dopamine. EPA can be gotten from seaweed (particularly special extracts high in EPA) I don't know the third nutrient refered to, but I think EPA is what's missing from flax. A B-vitamin complex is good too. It's water soluable, so take a little throughout the day rather than one pill in the morning.
