it is perfectly possible to be veg and still have poor nutrition. C'mon, you KNOW what the answer is here....very steady, sensible, whole-foods, junk free diet, no snacking at weird times, lots of physical activity. Actually for weight loss, you're better off to walk more, take the stairs, do housework, dig your yard rather than exhaust yourself for 30 minutes at the gym and then need to eat something to recover! Steady is the trick here.
