Jeeze, everything I do seems to lead to fat gain. Less than a year ago, I was 139 pounds at 5'4. I didn't realize what I'd had until I lost it. I've been going to the gym for 7 years, since I was about 13. Since then, I've gotten progressively better. At age 16 I became vegan for a month, drastically reduced my calorie and junkfood intake and lost 30 (THIRTY) fat pounds in a month! That was when I hit 140, and a few months after that with a moderate diet and daily exercise, I hit 138. Then I went on vacation for a month, and long story short, I rocketed up to 148 and gradually back down to 141/142. I can't get rid of the extra 3-5 pounds! It's so frustrating. I've had strange eating habits my entire life, lately binge eating from stress.. I can't seem to get rid of this extra fat, even being vegan/vegetarian. I have been looking into full body liposuction for $7,000, which is a good deal to a person who cries every night because of their fat. Atleast, I think it is. Does anyone have any advice? I'm truly grasping for straws. People tell me I'm beautiful, but all I can see is my stomach. I don't think I'll ever get over the must-be-thin mentality, and that's okay with me. I just want to be 138 or less again! Sincerely, Christi Casavelle
