Please, folks. Consider taking at least fish oil for EFA's, etc. Depression is a sign that something is wrong, and it could be as simple as needing more complete nutrients or protein than we are able to get from non-animal sources. I was always stressed, anxious and depressed when I was meat-free and never made the connection. Adding just a little back really helped. It breaks my heart that someone is trying to uphold moral standards (you don't "believe") in eating meat at the expense of living a stable and productive life.
