Thanks for the comments. Just stopped by after a long time away from this board. My UC went into remission in December. Yay! What seemed to help was a supplement my nutritionist had me on, which was full of herbs and anti-inflammatory foods. I am sure the traditional antiinflammatories my GI had me on helped, too. I also cut out soy, which was not agreeable to my system. ;-)
