everyone there has gone through this too. There's good support out there! SOmeone has said veganism is a process and a journey, not an absolute. I STILL have wool sweaters that are not going to get replaced till I am out of school and have a job, and even then, I am not going out on a spending spree. That's not vegan. Making conscious choices from now onwards is vegan. So, your next car won't have leather. SO for now, be kind to yourself. You're doing great.
