Personally I don't trust doctors. I think you should consult a nutritionist or a naturalist about this illness, and don't give up just yet, because doctors aren't always right.
Also, you could be missing some much-needed vitamin, so be sure to eat a well-balanced diet, and get several opinions before you begin to lose hope. Sincerely,
