Hello!, this is my first posting and I've been a vegan for alittle over 2 months...and I'm already feeling the GOOD changes in my body. My problem is that there is this huge fuss over eating organic produce. I love this website, but I think it kind of stresses that we have to eat our fruits, veggies, grains organic. I've been reading up on the dangers of pesticides and chemicals found in inorganic foods while at the same time, have been eating about 5-8 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Now I am wondering if I am doing more harm to my body than good?. There are not that many organic markets where I live but there is a huge abundance of fresh inorganic fruits and veggies that I buy all the time. Im also wondering that since inorganic produce is so harmful for us, isn't the rest of the foods out there that I've been living on before I turned vegan equally or even more harmful?? A box of cereal for example could have chemicals in them that the words itselves could fill up atleast one sheet of paper...LOL. Maybe I could be speaking out of ignorance..but the way I see it, is that its getting to a point where you can't eat anything!.. what do you guys think??. Sorry for this long posting. Happy Veganing :)
