That might mean one person or a different person.
For example, if you go to a dinner party and have a shallow and materialist mindset and an angry heart, the Buddha might be there standing in a corner but you will never connect with them.
On the other hand, if you are thinking with the right energy, you automatically attract like energy into your life.
In this way you bootstrap your way towards more clarity and fulfillment. Not necessarily with one guide but perhaps the right guide in the right place at the right time.
Don't wait though, take matters into your own hands. Learn meditation in some form!
