Subject: Death and Buddhism.......

My bunny died today. She is the closest being to me for the last couple of years! The most loving creature in this world that I have ever been in contact with. What can I do to help her now that she's gone? I told her she would be reborn a princess while she was alive. But I kind of would like to bury her in the woods, in a nice, serene, peaceful and beautiful place! I would like to keep it simple, since my method of burial is to cry my eyes out and I'm broke. Thats all that I can handle really if the person is truly someone I love, I just cry. But what else should I do, if anything? And how long is it between death and rebirth? I could call the meditation place I go to but I'm broke and I'm not sure if they would think this was silly to be so attached to a bunny.
