As I wrote in my answer to Claudine I just discovered a Buddhist group in my town who holds a meditation course that I unfortunately cannot attend. But I'm going to contact the group and ask if they are holding the course again later.

I hope that I finally will be able to start meditating by the end of next weeks course, yay!
