I'm so sorry that your ADHD has gotten worse.

I just found out today that a Buddhist group in my town offers a free meditation course, but unfortunately I cannot attend that day, so I have decided to contact them and ask them if they are holding the course again later.
But, I'm really looking forward to the two-days course next weekend!
And I'll keep my eyes open for other opportunities to learn.
