it's possible i'm putting up semantic roadblocks here. what is the buddhist definition of suffering? all negative emotions? are sadness and grief forms of suffering? or is it possible to feel sadness or grief and simply accept them and therefore they wouldn't be considered suffering? maybe you should point me toward a primer to read. like, "buddhism for dummies," or something. :-) (speaking of infinite patience, thank you for yours toward this thread.)
