"Biospirituality" was the name of a website that had something to do with spirituality and vegetarianism. Personally, I am a little skeptical of the presumed distinction between "religion" and "spirituality". The distinctions I see between the words are that (1) "religion" may or may not refer to an organized institution, whereas "spirituality" definitely does not; and (2) "spirituality" is the word preferred by those who do not like the word "religion". Other than those, I can't see much difference between them.

What is your take on the difference?

A bit of background about me. I am Buddhist; have been for over 25 years. It is because of my religious beliefs that I became vegetarian then vegan.
