After all, you are only trying to make their lives better right? But apparently this person insists on eating him/herself to death, so what can you do? One thing that I’m only just beginning to realize (after 25 years of being a veggie) is that you cannot help, nor save, nor heal people against their own will, but the problem is I’m still trying to!
I once heard this saying: “You can’t make a crooked tree straight” But a crooked tree still bears fruits, doesn’t it? So I’d rather say after Lucien Blaga, a Romanian philosopher:

Meaning you don’t want to divert from your original intention when you first posted on the board you are talking about, do you? Seems to me that legal action might be exactly what this “unperson” is waiting for in order to make up for his/her lack of identity.
I don’t know anything about suing someone in those conditions, it might be extremely costly in terms of time and energy also, while you might just want to hush him/her down instantly with a few words? Apparently you already have found his/her flaws since he/she’s getting that violent (people don’t like to be faced with their own inner sinful self) and it sounds like you have won this battle already: after all, what he/she is striving to do is destroy your self-image but what do you care since it has nothing to do with your real self? If I were you, I’d let him/her wrangle with his/her own contradictions and wear him/herself out.
I’m so glad that this site doesn’t get attacks like that one! I just love it and I’m already getting addicted to it for there are so many great people on it, and I just can’t get enough! I’m so grateful for all the cooking and medical advices and interesting stories and articles like yours, E.C.!
Don’t you think that all the destructiveness all around is presently reaching its peak for the rulers of this world don’t want to let go and would rather destroy it completely, including themselves, than give it back to God? If you’d like to give us details as to what aspect of vegetarianism these scoundrels are attacking you about, I’d love to give you a hand as much as I can.
