meditation is very powerful thing and can be dangerous.
You will need to find a techique or a teacher that can help you outside
and also inside.
Anything that is to know greater self or God is good for you
but like anything else in life there is a short cut. I suggest you shop around and try different method.
I have been seeking for sometime and I believe I found the best thing at least for me that is Quan Yin Method. You could try it out
