Thank you for your advice on meditating for short periods. This is very useful for me, because I might put off meditating altogether if I think I've got to do it for 30 minutes each time. 5 minutes I can handle! I'm going to try to meditate every evening before going to sleep, last night I slept better than I have for weeks after meditating, this might be a coincidence, but I don't think so. I will also meditate each morning.
