Subject:         commercial soy milk/homemade tofu

Is it feasible to make tofu from commercial soy milk? I'm looking for a way to make tofu with less fat and thought that starting with Westsoy's Non-Fat soymilk, as opposed to the stuff that comes out of a soy milk machine, might be promising.
