You do not need additives. Just flavoring (sweetener of choice and a touch of sea salt)

The beans you use are very important. Laura Beans are the very best soybeans for making soymilk and tofu. Laura Beans are high quality, non-GMO and make soymilk and tofu without that beany taste.

ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: Cool the soymilk completely before covering. If the milk is even a little warm, placing a lid on the container will affect the flavor.
