Dear
1) I am trying to make soy milk, but it still has a background taste, how can I prevent it.
How can I make it taste like the commercial soy milk?
2) The ingredients, the commercial manufacturers add in the milk, " Guar Gum, Carageenan," and some minerals like "tricalcium phosphate, zinc gluconate, riboflavin" why do they add this? does it make any differents to the taste?
3)What is the nutrition fact for plain soy milk 1.5 liter made from 100 gr. soy beans, before adding sugar etc.

I appreciate your help.
