If you overate on soy products especially if they were made the fast processed way instead of how the Chinese traditionally made them, it's not surprising you developed an allergy. Check out "The whole Soy story" by Dr. K.T. Daniel. Soy can easily be replaced by soaked nuts or beans. And soya sauce unless it's properly fermented is just a salt substitute that no one needs much of.
