Hi!
Rob, I read your soy milk maker reviews. Very nice!
However, I wanted to address some of your statements in regard to the SoyQuick and the SoyaJoy for fairness and accuracy.
I have also tested the SoyQuick and found it to be an excellent machine and I can recommend it.
I have also tested the SoyaJoy and found it to be an excellent machine and I can recommend it.
In your reviews, you mention the difference between the SoyQuick and the SoyaJoy. However, in my testing, I found no differences in the machines.
The problem rests in the fact that both the SoyQuick and the SoyaJoy models were updated some months ago and it is possible that you tested the older version of the SoyaJoy and compared it to the newer version of the SoyQuick.
In the newer model of the SoyaJoy, it too has these same safety features that you mention in your review of the SoyQuick:
"The circuit board of the SoyQuick is sealed with plastic coating; this will extend the life expediency of the machine."
The new model of the SoyaJoy has this plastic coating over the circuit board, I confirmed this by opening up the machine and viewing the circuit board.
"The SoyQuick comes with a serial number. It is printed on an attached label and on the manual."
The SoyaJoy comes with the serial number printed on an attached label as well.
"Where the shaft of the grinding blade enters the machine head, the SoyQuick has an internal seal, whereas the SoyaJoy has soft plastic ring attached to the shaft."
The new model of SoyaJoy that I tested does have an internal seal and does not have the soft plastic ring on the shaft.
I believe both machines are great, however I wanted to make sure the information comparing the two machines was accurate.
Thanks!
Vickilynn
