I have a very active husband with an incredile metabolism. He is one of those
people who is not able to put on weight, no matter what he eats. He has always
been thin, even with the most horrible fat and meat heavy diet.
I am facing some challenges in converting our family to a plant based diet. My
husband is concerned because he doesn't want to lose any weight, he doesn't
want to be hungry all the time, etc.
What can do do to address these concerns? What should someone with his
lifestyle and body type be eating daily?
