Competing market forces are at the bottom of a malicious smear campaign -a serious overeaction to the popularity of soyfoods. The market for healthy alternatives and soy products such as soymilk, burgers, breakfast sausages, beverages, snack bars, baked goods and even tofu has exploded in the last 10 years.
The 'controversy' is nothing more than a viscious advertising gimmick, negative and malicious marketing by proponents of the deadly meat and dairy centered diet, like the Weston Price Foundation, who will tell you that animal products are actually good for you and use scare tactics to drive people away from healthful foods like tofu, and tempeh, soy hot dogs and burgers, edamame, and soymilk. Any and all, far healthier for you and your toddler than any form of animal products, any day of the week. Check out www.vegtv.com.
