I have recently become a vegitarian. I have a 14 month old daughter who fueled the change While reading as much as I could about her nutritional needs, I discovered quite a lot about my own. I have been useing fortified soy milk everyday, tofu frequently, and occational other soy based products (ice cream, temphe, miso) for both myself and my daughter. I had no idea that there was a soy controvery! Is it safe and healthy what I am doing? What are other options, if I shouldn't be useing so much soy?
