It's not a good idea to eat any raw beans or bean flours. Not only do they taste unpleasant, but raw (or undercooked) beans contain plant lectins which, though they are harmless when properly cooked, can cause severe nausea, then vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. So, it would be best to use isolated soy protein or what is called "soymilk powder" in your drinks. "Soymilk powder" may be very finely powdered and sweetened a little, or it may just be cooked soy flour. But it IS cooked.
